I primarily focus on management of pre diabetes and diabetes type II. My ultimate goal is to help people bring their blood sugar down to a healthy level and keep it that way through a flexible diet and lifestyle. I strive to provide my clients with evidence based but easy to follow advice so that eating can be fun again, as it should be.
Clients are able to “come see me” virtually from the comfort of their home. Support via e-mail or text messaging is available. Prior to sessions, some information is requested such as labs, list of medications, and health history. Following each session, clients receive a written plan along with any other necessary materials. All materials included are tailored to client’s unique needs.
I currently accept private pay (with 15% discount off your initial consultation), and soon will accept a variety of health insurance plans.
I have a Bachelor of Science in clinical nutrition from University of California — Davis, and I have completed a 12-month Dietetic Internship through California State University – Sacramento. I have over a decade of experience working as a dietitian in a clinical setting.
